Ambassador Jinga is a senior Romanian diplomat, currently serving as the Permannet Representative of Romania to the United Nations in New York. Ioana Gabriela Costache holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Bucharest, with a dissertation on the "Development of the Principle of Non-Use of Force in International Relations and the Crime of Aggression" (2010). She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, with a major in International Law (1987 - 1992).

Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez is the U.S. Representative of California's 46th Congressional District, which includes the cities of Anaheim, Santa Ana, Orange and Garden Grove in Orange County. Rep. Sanchez began her congressional career in January of 1997 and is currently serving her tenth term in the U.S. House of Representatives. She holds senior positions on the House Armed Services Committee and the House Homeland Security Committee, as well as the bicameral Joint Economic Committee. She is a member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and serves as the co-chair of the Immigration and Border Task Force. Congresswoman Sanchez received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Chapman College in Orange in 1982, obtained her MBA from American University in Washington, DC in 1984, and was a financial analyst until she entered the House of Representatives.

Mr. Mihai Daraban is the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania (CCIR),
as well as the President of the Constanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Shipping and Agriculture.
As president of the CCIR Mr. Daraban remains a recognized ambassador, supporter and promoter of the CCIR mission at the national and international level. The CCIR president accomplishes many of his tasks by initiating and conducting activities meant to enhance sustainable development and innovation. The strengthening of the Chamber's cooperation with its international counterparts is a top priority in stimulating economic and commercial relations for CCIR. Before becoming President of the CCIR, Mr. Daraban served as the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania from July 2002 to December 2007 and June 2011 to June 2014.

Mr. Daraban's received a degree in Mechanics from the Polytechnic University in Bucharest in 1992,
a specialization in Ship Management from the Norwegian Academy of Shipping in 1995 and he is a graduate of the National College of Defense in 1995. His different areas of expertise include: commerce and services, tourism, transportation, energy and agriculture.

Ludwik Sobolewski was appointed as CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) in August 2013. Before joining BVB, Sobolewski was President and CEO of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) between 2006 and 2013. During his mandate, WSE became the leading stock exchange in CEE and a listed company on its own regulated market since 2010, after the rolling of a successful IPO. Sobolewski supported the business development of the stock exchange, by attracting new companies for listing, increasing the number of international members of the WSE, and by promoting the services and products of the exchange. He also played an active role in the creation of the capital market infrastructure, with NewConnect, a market for start-ups, early stage and small and medium-size companies, with Catalyst market, the first organized, exchange-type market for non-treasury debt securities in Poland, with the BondSpot SA and the Polish Power Exchange SA acquisition.

Before WSE, Sobolewski spent several years as the Executive Vice-President of the Polish National Depository for Securities (and Clearing House). He was also chairman of a number of supervisory boards of the following companies: PAK, IDEA TFI, National Depository for Securities SA, Polish Power Exchange SA, BondSpot SA, Exchange Centre SA, WSE InfoEngine SA, National Board for Research and Development, "Poland Now" Foundation.
